No item will be shipped until payment has been made.
Shipping is based on your shipping zip code by current USPS Priority shipping costs.
Please be sure your address is correct. You will not receive a refund if you package is missing because you have the wrong address listed in PayPal.
You will not receive a refund if USPS tracking states the package has been delivered. If you think the package has been stolen, then you need to contact your local USPS.
We will ship outside the United States but please be specific with the address. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees.

Damages that occur during shipping will be covered through USPS insurance policy.
As with all handmade jewelry, the alignment, depth and other dimensions will be unique to each piece. This is part of the charm of owning a one-of-a-kind piece.
As with all natural stones, there will be differences in texture and color. There are no refunds on custom orders.
